Conveyor belts with metal reinforcement

These are conveyor belts for extremely difficult operating conditions. They require the use of carcass materials with high dynamic efficiency. ADVAN®-MTL conveyor belts are designed for conveyors in the mining and coal industry where the following requirements have to be fulfilled: high tensile conveyor belt with great shock-resistance and adhesion, low or no elongation and tendency to form a large through ability. ADVAN®-MTL conveyor belts provide the following advantages:

• Long life-time of the conveyor belt;

• Increased continuous operation of the transport system;

• Resistance to shocks and tear;

The materials of the rubber covers make these conveyor belts suitable for the highest requirements – they possess excellent physical and mechanical properties of the rubber covers, low abrasion and increased adhesion with the metal reinforcement. The metal reinforcement is constructed from parallel-located brass wires with different structure. According to their purpose ADVAN®-MTL conveyor belts are manufactured with extreme durability, high temperature-or fire-resistance.

ADVAN®-MTL are antistatic in compliance with EN ISO 284:2007.
