The operation in high temperature environment and the transportation of hot materials can easily damage the conveyor belt. To prevent possible damage when operating in such working conditions, we developed three types of heat-resistant conveyor belts. They are made of temperature-resistant rubber and reinforcing materials corresponding to different maximum temperatures:

ADVAN^® T1 - Resistant to test temperatures up to 130°C;

ADVAN^® T2 - Resistant to test temperatures up to 150°C;

ADVAN^® T3 - Resistant to test temperatures up to 200°C; 

When choosing the most appropriate type of ADVAN^® heat-resistant conveyor belt all operating conditions should be considered: temperature of the transported material, ambient temperature in the production process, size of pieces of the material, contact duration between the conveyor belt and the material.

Our heat-resistant conveyor belts meet the requirements of ISO 4195:2002.
